– Re-use guest towels upon request – leave your towels on the floor for replacement or on the towel rail to reuse them
– Re-use your linen upon request – leave the linen card on the bed if you wish have it changed otherwise we will change your linens every third day

LOST AND FOUND
Items left behind after departure will only be forwarded if requested at guests own risk and expenses. Valuable items will be stored for 1 year and less valuable items will be stored for 3 months. The resort reserves the right to destroy them on the expiry of the above period.

Please put the “do not disturb” sign on your door if you do not wish to be disturbed whilst in your room. Screening of the incoming calls and messages can be requested through the Guest Service Agent.

SAFETY BOX
Please keep your valuable items in the safety box, safety box can be found in the master bed room wardrobe. The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables or cash left in the resort.
SWIMMING POOL
Pool open daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Use the swimming pool before and after operation hours are not permitted.
